What are the general ARV guidelines for funding?

To qualify for our funding partner network, the combined purchase price and renovation costs generally must not exceed 70% of the property's After Repair Value (ARV). This ensures the investment remains viable and meets lending standards.

How does the territory lock process work?

Every Liberty Investor receives an exclusive protected territory of up to a 100-mile diameter. Once you secure your area, we will not place another Liberty Investor inside that market, giving you the opportunity to maximize every lead generated without internal competition.
